style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 2px;color: #3f3f3f;">信息不对称一直是制约居民消费扩大的痛点之一，消费者购物前都希望查一查商家以往被投诉的情况，了解一下商家解决消费纠纷的情况，为此，市场监管部门主动公开处理消费者投诉的相关政府信息，让消费者明明白白消费，让经营者诚信守法经营。<strong><span style="color: #3f3f3f;">通过一个平台集中公示各地消费者对各类经营者的投诉，可以有效减少消费市场信息不对称，更好保障消费者知情权和选择权，更好发挥市场配置资源的决定性作用，引导广大经营者更好落实消费维权主体责任，促进全国商品和服务市场高水平统一、高标准建设，是坚持人民立场、践行群众路线与超大规模市场监管有机结合的生动实践。</span></p><p #3f3f3f;">通过晒出消费者评价、汇聚实时大数据，可以一体推进法治监管、信用监管和智慧监管，以公开促公正、化压力为动力。去年11月以来，市场监管总局在吉林、上海、浙江、广东、四川、新疆6省区市开展了消费投诉信息公示的试点，试点地区的消费环境透明度、经营者诚信度、消费者满意度得到了提升，更多消费纠纷化解在源头和萌芽。</span></p><p
