一、同意将福清市境内农用地1.4308公顷(耕地1.2202公顷)转为建设用地。征收福清市新厝镇界下村水田0.0022公顷、其他农用地0.0435公顷，新厝镇双屿村水田0.4381公顷、旱地0.0961公顷、其他农用地0.0736公顷，新厝镇新厝村水田0.5882公顷、旱地0.0956公顷、园地0.0533公顷、其他农用地0.0402公顷，合计征收集体所有土地1.4308公顷。按规划用途使用。</span></p><p
