max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; visibility: visible;">2.企业新建或改造升级物流公共信息服务平台，将仓储、 货源、车辆等物流产业链上、中、下游资源高度聚合，实现数 据接入、车货调度、在线交易，并能提供诚信、金融、结算等 综合服务。平台运行良好，有效促进物流资源合理配置，降低 物流成本，提高物流效率，且已完成投资300万元以上(不含 研发人员工资投入)，按投资额的20%给予一次性补助，可连续补助3 年，3年累计最高补助不超过300万元。</p></section></section></section><section powered-by="xiumi.us" style="margin-top: 10px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">1.投资3000万元以上(不含土地款)新建标准化仓储设施，及新建1万平方米以上且为3家以上我市电子商务企业 服务的快递分拨配送中心、电子商务仓配一体化设施项目，按投资额的5%给予补助，最高不超过100万元。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">2.快递企业入驻或租用海关特殊监管区或经市商务局等 部门认定的物流园区、快递园区、工业园区、电商园区等，开展营业、处理及仓储业务，按不高于6元/平方米·月的标准给予租金补 助，单家企业年最高补助100万元，连续补贴三年。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">3.截至申报时间，企业建设并运营智能信包箱、智能快 件（冷藏）箱50组以上，格口总数不少于3000个，按投资建设的每个格口（不含主机柜）一次性补助50元，冷藏箱每个格口一次性补助100元，一次性最高补助50万元。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">4.截至申报时间，企业新增建设并运营快递综合服务站 点50个以上，服务3个以上快递品牌企业，每个站点每月接发快递1000单或6个月累计接发快递6000单以上，具有统一的信息管理系统、规范的内部管理制度，有效运营6个月以上，并接入福建省快递业综合监管平台。对站点达到50—100个的企业，给予一次性最高50万元补助;站点达到100个以上的企业，给予一次性最高100 万元补助。升档给予补差补助，已享受过其他财政资金扶持的 项目扣除相应的补助款。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">5.截至申报时间，企业建设并运营校园快递服务中心， 具有统一的信息管理系统、规范的内部管理制度，单个站点面积不少于200平方米，且有效运营3个月以上，并接入福建省快递业综合监管平台。按期间建设的站点给予5万元/个的一次性奖励。</p><p style="outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em;">6.支持向乡镇、农村开辟或延伸物流运输线路，完善向农村的综合物流信息服务和物流配送体系，在农村新建、改造带有统一标识的物流营业网点等固定资产，运营3个月以上并取得一定成效，按期间投资额，给予最高不超过10%的补助单个企业最高不超过100万元。</p></section></section></section></section><section data-support="96编辑器" data-style-id="32551" style="outline: 0px;
