天天说三胎，其实现在很多连二胎都生不起，还是希望能出点儿落地真正的政策出来，例如个税抵扣，二孩能多抵扣3000，三孩就5000.你看中产阶级的生不生~或者以家庭人口数给优惠政策，总是执着三胎，人二胎都没有，你那些政策都是空头支票啊~
