border-box;">舞板凳龙是龙高半岛最具特色的传统民间习俗，己有200多年的历史。板凳龙分“龙头”、“龙身”、“龙尾”3个部分，整条龙由一排排安装在板凳上的龙灯搭接而成。“龙头”由技艺熟练的强壮男子担任，并配有副手，龙尾次之。出游时舞者必须步调一致、默契配合。打龙围时，一人高举宝珠左右挑逗，龙头则不断追逐宝珠。此时，凳凳起舞，此起彼落。锣鼓声、烟花鞭炮声、吆喝声汇成一片，场面蔚为壮观。“穿龙柱”的活最绝，一只长龙从左边的“入孝”门进入祠堂，在数十根大柱子中间穿行，从右边的“出悌”门穿出，不乱阵脚，令人啧啧称奇。舞板凳龙一般选择农历正月十一至十六、中秋节。 border-box;">新厝镇大澳村的“海族舞”，俗名“弄九鲤”，历经数百年而形成和发展，雏形最早出于南宋时期。传说一个郑姓渔民，捕到一条海豚，这个消息传到私塾陈宣的耳里，陈宣想劝渔民把它放生，可是当他赶到现场，海豚已被剖腹。陈宣要求把鱼皮留下，并在鱼皮内填满谷物稻草造了一条海豚鱼样，挂在门前晾干。至当年秋季的一个夜间，刮西北风，吹得该海豚发出“嘘、嘘”响，吵得陈宣不能睡觉，他把“嘘、嘘”听作“去、去”，就叫孙子以宁起床出海捕鱼，结果满载而归，就把功劳归于海豚。之后这个秘密传开，渔民们都学着做鱼样，有的鱼皮不好剥，就素性用麻布缝制鱼样挂在门前，结果各渔家也都丰收了。大家都觉得鱼样有灵性，是吉祥物，就用竹篾、麻布等材料，扎成鱼样，装上柄，涂上颜料，内部点上蜡烛。每年春节、元宵节期间，海族群就点起篝火，擎着鱼样，绕着火堆，跑火圈，以此增添节日的气氛，祈求渔业丰收，合境平安。</p><p border-box;">提线木偶，古称“悬丝傀儡”，又名“丝戏”，民间俗称“嘉礼”（意即隆重的殡婚嘉会中的大礼），被誉为“活起来”的木偶，是流行于福建地区的古老珍稀戏种。提线木偶行头简单，只要搭个台子，加上围布，即可演出。以前，逢年过节或私家喜庆时，村里都会邀请木偶戏班，在广场或厅堂演唱。木偶戏班成员一般为7 人左右，演出时台前由两三人操作，连说带唱，后台三五人吹拉伴奏。表演时，艺人用丝线牵引动作。演员角色有生、旦、净、末、丑。乐器有闽剧的全套乐器，另加板胡、京胡。曲牌以闽剧曲牌为主，另加京剧的西皮、二黄、倒板等曲调。表演的剧目有《石竹仙君》《陈靖姑》《目连戏》《包公》《九使公》等。正演前加演“拍八仙”。以前，福清民间每逢婚嫁、寿辰、婴儿周岁、房屋奠基和上梁、迎神赛会、谢天酬愿，
