18px;">2021年由鸿生股份专家工作站、PC厂联合福州大学土木学院成功研究UHPC超高性能混凝土生产工艺技术开发，该项研究历时三年，项目研究完成意味着鸿生股份材料制备技术走向领军行列。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">UHPC(超高性能混凝土，Ultra-High Performance Concrete)，也称作活性粉末混凝土(RPC，Reactive Powder Concrete)，是过去三十年中最具创新性的水泥基工程材料，实现工程材料性能的大跨越。它是集钢结构和砼结构优点于一身的产品，既有钢的抗爆和延性特征，又具有混凝土的耐腐和体积稳定性，是全球工程材料界的新宠儿。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">2021年3月，我司首批UHPC桥面板经结构实验室测试，极限承载力超过310吨，此前制备的同规格UHPC桥面板的极限承载力不足100吨。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 18px;">伴随着UHPC生产工艺技术开发研究的成功，我司迎来了首份商业订单。本次预制采用公司自有的商品混凝土生产线生产，预拌的UHPC流变性及匀质性均达到UHPC品质要求。拌合物无纤维结团，可实现免振捣自流平浇筑。UHPC连续采用普通混凝土生产线生产成功，意味着鸿生股份UHPC生产已经完全实现可工业化和商品化，在不久的将来，UHPC应用将会迎来更广阔的舞台。</span></p><section
