省直住房公积金提取可网上办理
<p style="line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; letter-spacing: 2px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 福州晚报讯 记者昨日获悉，即日起，缴存省直住房公积金的职工，可以网上办理“购房提取公积金”业务了。为深入贯彻“再学习、再调研、再落实”和“我为群众办实事”实践活动要求，福建省直单位住房公积金中心推出了这项便民举措。</p><p style="line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; letter-spacing: 2px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 据悉，即日起，凡省直公积金缴存职工（含主贷人及配偶），在省直单位住房公积金中心申办住房公积金（组合）贷款的，均可网上办理“购房提取公积金”业务。购买新建商品住房（一手房）的，在公积金贷款审批通过后即可在线申请；购买存量住房（二手房）的，在房产交易过户抵押登记后可在线申请。</p><p style="line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; letter-spacing: 2px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 网上申办渠道为：闽政通APP、福建省直单位住房公积金中心的官方微信公众号或网站。</p><p style="line-height: 32px; font-family: 宋体; letter-spacing: 2px; white-space: normal; background-color: rgb(255, 255, 255);"> 申请人在上述网上渠道完成操作流程后，系统会自动审批即时办结，将资金转账至申请人绑定的银行卡内。</p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//www.fqlook.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_TPW" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
