leaf="">为了盘活生态资源，首溪村将溪流周边的荒芜河道和泥泞步道，改造为“龙潭步道”。其中一段砌成城墙模样供游客登高望远，因而步道又被称作“小长城”。这条全长约2公里的滨水步道，鹅卵石路与如碧溪水相互映衬，仿木栏杆与沿溪绿植相间成趣，并串联起社会主义核心价值观主题公园和廉政文化公园。</span></p><section style="text-align: leaf="">走进首溪村，但见青山绿水鸟语花香，大街小巷干净整洁，让人们不由赞叹其冰清玉洁的不凡颜值。而首溪村从“默默无闻”到“脱颖而出”，就是从推行“文明积分制”、开展环境整治开始的。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: leaf="">改革开放初期，首溪村发展畜禽养殖，一时之间也成了环境污染的重灾区，污水横流，臭气熏天，苍蝇蚊子满天飞。2018年农村人居环境整治行动，首溪村在城头镇所属行政村中，率先彻底拆除畜禽养殖场。消除这个最大污染源后，首溪村并没有就此止步，又进行了大规模的垃圾清理和拓宽溪岸、整修护堤、补植绿化、新建公园，全村率先实现了“推窗嗅花香，开门见美景”的蝶变。</span></p><p leaf="">最为出名的有两个故事。一是“父母造桥”。村内古石桥承载着“为出嫁女儿铺就归家路”的温情，桥下出土的断碑成为传承孝道的文化符号。二是“举人公”的故事。陈家攀躬身捧牛粪化解邻里纠纷的佳话，成为首溪村民善良友爱、和睦相处的文化渊源。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: normal;margin: 0px;padding: 0px;box-sizing: border-box;"><span leaf="">近年来，首溪村深入挖掘和传播乡土优秀传统文化，整理出13篇民间故事传说，编印成图文并茂的精美小册子，发到每家每户。“举人公”贤德谦明的故事则通过6幅彩绘，搬上了人流最集聚的村主干道两侧墙上。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;white-space: leaf="">首溪村还特别注重把传统美德融入日常生活，转化为村民的自觉行为。村规民约“三字经”的出台就是一大特色。退休教师陈宏芳与包村干部周晓飞将移风易俗、孝老爱亲等内容浓缩为23行264字的“三字经”，以漫画册形式展现，朗朗上口，通俗易懂。</span></p><section style="text-align: center;" nodeleaf=""></section><p
