letter-spacing: 2px; font-size: 16px;">旧寨何氏祖厅坐东朝西，方向280°，占地面积2662.39平方米。整体平面呈不规则长方形，为典型的闽东四合院民居，穿斗式木构架土木结构建筑。建筑布局顺地形展开，现存建筑为中轴线以前院、门厅、天井、主座等组成，左右两侧建有护厝。前院制式为前院墙左侧设正门。门厅设有屏门。天井两侧厢房屋顶上的雨更墙保留较完整，泥塑、彩绘仍依稀可见。厅堂与天井间均设有廊道通往两侧护厝。天井四周阶沿采用条石花岗岩砌筑。主体建筑的屋顶为悬山式双坡顶，屋脊为一高两低的燕尾脊，隐约可见泥塑及彩绘装饰，层次感强，主次分明，和谐统一，屋顶采用黑色板瓦铺设。外墙主要以方石砌筑墙基，墙体夯土，白灰抹面。内墙以木板和竹片编制成片，外抹草泥，白灰抹面，作为分隔，起到保温、隔音的效果，更显富贵、华丽。寨内的柱、梁、枋、斗拱、雀替、栏杆等木构件雕梁画栋，体现了整座建筑的价值所在。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2;
