line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">郑年锦，祖籍福建福清渔溪镇上郑村，1931 年生于印尼万隆市，印尼第二代华侨，现任印尼马龙佳集团主席。他出生时，印尼正遭受荷兰殖民者奴役；等他上了小学，印尼又一度被日本侵略军占领。在那个乱世，印尼华人被排挤、侮辱、打击，生存极其不易。由于日本侵略者对华人进行奴化教育，郑年锦小学没上完就辍学回家到叔父的百货店帮忙，学习经商本领。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1948 年，郑年锦随家人迁往雅加达，在他的父亲经营的纺织品商店里帮忙。1957 年，26 岁的他创办了爪哇邦加有限公司，正式涉足商业。1959 年，为回应时任总统苏加诺提出的“企业家帮助国家建设工业”的倡议，他取道中国寻找商机。不虚此行的是，他在中国成功联络到 4 位上海籍纺织专家，并在他们的帮助下于 1961 年在中爪哇兴建达雅·曼努卡尔纺织厂有限公司(Daya Manunggal)。至此，郑年锦由商业进一步跨入实业领域，参与到了印尼国家建设的潮流中。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px; caret-color: red;">1965 年，苏哈托政府上台后，印尼政府推出发展经济、扶植私营企业和对外开放等系列政策。这个政策意味着，华人企业拥有了进一步做大的新机会。郑年锦紧紧抓住这个机会，远赴欧美日等发达国家学习考察，最后确定引入日本技术。他与日本商人合作建立沙拉笛卡纺织厂，该厂占地 80 公顷，下有 6个纺织印染分厂，拥有 23 万纱锭和 4750 台织布机。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="line-height: 2em; text-indent: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1973 年，郑年锦又与日本商人联合投资 4000 万美元在雅加达兴建自动化丙烯腈纱厂，他们从美国进口石油渣，采用电脑控制，经过 36 道工序，即可生产出腈纶丝。因为该技术十分先进，郑年锦被专业研究者列为推动印尼纺织业现代化的功臣之一。随后，他又创立了 Argo Pantes 有限公司（简称：AP 公司），用棉花和聚酯棉生产棉纱。在整个 1970 年代，郑年锦创办了一系列纺织企业，布局完成完整的纺织产业链条，并在此基础上组建了 Argo Manunggal Group（印尼马龙佳集团）。至 1990 年代初，马龙佳集团拥有纺织厂 18 家，形成 48 万纱绽的生产规模，占全印尼纱绽总数的 15%。同时，集团建设了遍布全印尼的销售网络，并向世界 38 个国家和地区出口产品，成为印尼第一大纺织企业集团。</span></p><p> </p><section style="text-align: center;"><img class="rich_pages wxw-img" style="vertical-align: baseline; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1991 年，马龙佳集团旗下纺织业务上市，成为集团第一个上市业务，这也是郑年锦最为知名的资本运作案例之一。这期间，他完全收购了日本合作伙伴的股权，彻底掌控马龙佳集团。作为事实上的“印尼纺织大王”，郑年锦极其低调，从不对集团或者他自己多说一句话。对媒体的突然造访，他的回答也中规中矩：“对不起，我不多说话，我只是做我的工作。”</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">至今，纺织业依然是马龙佳集团的关键性主营业务。AP 公司年生产 2400吨色纱，灰色衬衫布 8 千万码（1 码约为 0.9 公尺），漂白衬衫布 8 千万码等，80%的产品供出口，远销世界 40 多个国家和地区，拥有如 Levi's、Mark&Spencer、Nike 等一批国际知名品牌客户。同时，集团旗下纺织产品也已经向高附加值产品转移。集团旗下 Kukuh Tangguh Sandang 织造厂生产的创新产品能抗高温达 220 摄氏度之 XLA 弹性布，每月出口海外约 200 万公尺。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-align: center;"><strong><span style="font-size: 17px;">开辟多元业务格局</span></strong></p><p style="text-align: center;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">郑年锦在发展纺织工业的同时，也积极在其他工业领域不断扩展。在上世纪 60 年代末，他与日本财团和钢铁企业合资创办富米拉有限公司，生产建筑材料锌板片。这是印尼首批与外资联营的企业之一。到 70 年代，他相继在铝业、钢铁等产业合资合作引入世界先进技术，建立了一批重工业企业。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">其中包括：1974 年成立的主营炼钢、轧钢的雅加达 Budidharma 公司，该公司总投资 2860 万美元，每年炼钢、轧钢达 12.7 亿吨。另外，马龙佳集团与日本钢铁企业合资成立了雅加达共荣钢铁厂公司，该公司年产 9.8 万吨钢筋，是印尼“70 钢棒材”主要生产商之一。目前，马龙佳集团所属钢铁集团公司是印尼最大的钢铁企业之一。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">另外，郑年锦于上世纪 80 年代投资 50 多兆印尼盾并购了一间橡胶工厂，可生产汽车、摩托车和自行车轮胎，是印尼轮胎业主要生产厂之一。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">郑年锦还于 1990 年在临近雅加达特区的西爪哇开发工业开发区项目，随后相应地设立了 Bekasi Fajar 工业区管理公司。受东南亚金融风暴影响，BekasiFajar 工业区经历了长达 15 年的停滞期。2012 年 4 月 9 日，Bekasi Fajar 工业区管理公司（BEST 公司）在印尼证券交易所挂牌上市，获得106倍超额认购。这主要得益于印尼经济回升，外资公司赴印尼投资增多，工业用地有限等利好因素，BEST公司的价值因此得以凸显。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">BEST 公司在西爪哇的工业区被称为 MM2100工业城 。公司上市时，MM2100 工业城总面积 1200 公顷，已开发面积近 400 公顷，每平方公尺售价130 多万印尼盾，有 150 多家公司入驻。但仅仅一年后，MM2100 工业城几乎开发了所有储备用地，每平方公尺售价 154.7 万印尼盾，获利惊人。近两年，BEST公司进一步购买土地，工业区总面积达到 3000 公顷，区内现有 400 多家工厂，其中有数家全球五百强企业，年产值达数百亿美元。至今（2015 年 5 月 28 日），BEST 公司股价保持在 497 盾，比上市开盘价翻了近三番，公司市值 4.79 兆印尼盾。2014 年，公司还以 1.27 亿美元净利润进入“2014 福布斯亚洲中小上市企业 200 强”。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">郑年锦在各行各业广泛涉足。至今，在钢铁、轮胎、工业区以及地产以外，他还先后独资或合资创建了养殖业、种植园、电子工业、金融、保险、商业等70多家公司，旗下员工 5 万余人。这种多元化布局夯实了马龙佳集团在印尼工业界数十年的领导地位，而他自己也成为工业界的巨人之一。展望未来，他说：“我们必须更加谨慎，更加小心。”</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2013 年 10 月 23 日，郑年锦资助出版了停刊 48 年的《生活报》纪念丛书。他当时对与会的 150 多位华人学者说：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;"> “之所以决定出资编写这一已消失近 50 年的中文报纸的纪念丛书，有两个原因。首先，我曾是《生活报》的忠实读者，《生活报》的评论、特写、副刊的作品曾是我不可缺少的精神食粮；其次，整理修正印尼华侨华人历史文物的资料不能等待了，要抢时间！”</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">值得一提的是，上世纪 60 年代遭停刊的《生活报》，当年不仅关注与报道印尼华人社会，也客观报道新中国的建设与发展情况。这是郑年锦当年了解祖国大陆的重要信息来源，他也因此对文化事业的重要意义感受甚深并扎实投入。在中印（尼）重新建立正常的经济关系后，郑年锦持续出资赞助中华文化和教育事业。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">1980 年，他出资成立华侨大学教育基金。1991 年，他与其他杰出侨领共同出资助建华侨大学侨总图书馆。1995 年，他捐资兴建家乡虞阳中心幼儿园，直到今天他还在支持家乡教育事业。2004 年-2010 年，他捐资 200 万美元助建 3 万多平方米的华侨大学“郑年锦图书馆”。同时，他捐资兴建了清华大学“郑年锦楼”。2011 年，他捐资 300 万人民币助建华侨大学数字图书馆。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">现在，他捐资助建的“侨总图书馆”和“郑年锦图书馆”都成了华侨大学两个校区内的标志性建筑。他应邀访问华侨大学时曾说：“非常乐意为祖籍国的文化教育事业献出绵薄之力，希望图书馆能发挥保存人类文化遗产、传递科学情报、开发智力资源的功用，并希望自己的所作所为能带动更多有识之士为华侨华人自己的大学———华侨大学的建设发展做出更大贡献。”作为印尼发展经济的功臣，郑年锦在印尼广泛参与华人社团、服务华人社区，还自觉回馈当地社会。他通过发展事业解决当地人就业问题，通过公益社会不断反哺印尼原住民。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"> </p><p style="text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 17px;">2005 年，他建立新雅之光基金会并亲自担任董事长，兴办了一所旨在培养精通印、华、英三语的实用型人才的高等学府———新雅学院。至今，已为印尼当地培养了大批一流人才。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;
