2em;">鉴于该案执行标的大、案情复杂，在充分听取被执行人意见后，秉持善意文明执行理念的执行干警多次深入调查某担保有限公司，实地了解其经营情况，并就该企业提供的股权担保及案外人的厂房担保进行核实，确认该企业有履行义务的能力。为将企业损失降至最小，在办完担保手续后，执行干警立即对某担保有限公司几个基本运营账户等进行解冻。但由于线上解冻时间较长，担心企业资金链断裂，执行干警立即前往福州多个银行网点，历经一天终于将上述主要账户成功解冻。此后，某担保有限公司也积极筹集资金，并于近日通过解封的银行账户将执行款全部汇入法院账户。执行款到账当天，执行干警立即为某粮食购销有限公司及某粮油食品连锁有限公司办理了案款发放手续。</span></p></section><section
