font-family: Times New Roman; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">乾隆《福清县志》记载黄檗山“龙潭”为“黄檗潭”，称此地“遇旱祷雨辄应”。《黄檗寺志》记载，龙潭“中即神龙宅焉”，“凡亢旱祷雨多应”。北宋元符二年（1099），福建安抚使程迈在龙潭“祈雨有应”，特在龙潭“为立龙堂”。南宋绍兴三年（1133）冬，“铁面御史”赵抃曾“观稼至此”，还写下了一首祝祷之辞：“名位浅狭，所及者鲜，惟龙以时致雨，尽苏一邑之苍生”。并亲书以勒石，复勒“灵渊”二个白文篆书大字于龙潭。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family: Times New Roman; text-indent: 2em; line-height: 2em; font-size: 16px; letter-spacing: 2px; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">据乾隆《福清县志》卷八“职官”有“张廷琰”的传记，是“职官”卷的最后一个。称张廷琰“有能声”“公明严毅，一出真诚”，于“雍正元年（1723）擢令福清”。张廷琰知福清的时候，盗贼横行，“民莫安枕”。张廷琰严捕严审，“轻者”在盗贼脸上刺字，重罪的直接挑脚筋。盗贼闻风丧胆，一下销声匿迹。雍正四年（1726），福清米价腾贵，巨族恶少囤积强卖，张廷琰深入到富户家里，一个个劝他们降价卖米，而且把粮仓里的陈年稻谷，拿出来碾米，“民赖以安”。后调任台湾知县，任满升山西岢岚（今忻州）知州、太原知府。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
