!important">网络不是法外之地。2023年，福建省互联网违法与不良信息举报受理中心持续加大对网络谣言监测查证和处置曝光的力度，对一些网络账号通过虚构涉闽突发案事件、臆测编造公共政策、借社会热点造谣炒作，制造恐慌、扰乱网络秩序的行为予以坚决惩治，共发布涉闽网络辟谣信息30余条。现将2023年典型案例通报如下：<p style="margin-top: 0px;margin-bottom: !important">1.“养老金待遇资格未认证则将停发养老金”谣言。2023年1月，网传“退休人员要在1月份完成领取养老金待遇资格认证，否则将会停发养老金”。福州市人社局社保中心辟谣，该信息严重不实。福州市企业退休人员领取养老待遇资格认证周期为12个月，每一个认证周期内至少认证一次。认证周期实行动态递延管理，待遇领取人最近一次认证时间设为下一个认证周期的起始时间，同时认证截止时间自动递延。待遇领取人到期未认证或确认丧失领取待遇资格的，社保经办机构将按有关规定暂停发放其养老保险待遇，待领取人重新办理认证后，及时为其办理待遇恢复和补发手续。该谣言系臆测编造公共政策，请网民注意甄别。<p !important">10.“平潭疾控中心开展‘线上直播公开课’”谣言。2023年12月，平潭部分学校教职工收到一则“关于儿童安全卫生及心理健康建设线上直播”的消息。该消息以平潭疾控中心名义要求学校通知家长观看。对此，平潭疾控中心辟谣称网传消息为谣言。此类诈骗系不法分子通过微信、电话等渠道，添加学校的老师、校医等，自称是疾控中心工作人员，通过欺骗取得老师和家长的信任，要给学校组织线上直播公开课，并发布一些号称是观看入口、宣传教育的不明链接及二维码，要求老师、家长点击或扫码进入，进而实施诈骗。<p
