YaHei;">当事人开发了一款“淘宝店铺宝贝复制到拼多多专家”软件应用，通过其在拼多多服务市场内上线的“千鱼上货助手”服务，以6—102元不等的价格，向拼多多平台内经营者定向销售。拼多多平台内经营者可通过在“淘宝店铺宝贝复制到拼多多专家”软件内，提交天猫、淘宝平台的商品链接，直接将天猫、淘宝平台内相关店铺及其销售商品的详细数据爬取，并按拼多多平台的数据格式要求重新整合，上传至拼多多后台服务器，经确认后其拼多多店铺内即可上架相同商品并开展线上销售。该过程没有设置天猫、淘宝平台经营者或平台内经营者授权同意的环节，实际操作中也未取得天猫、淘宝平台经营者或平台内经营者的授权同意。当事人通过在软件应用中嵌入第三方的数据爬虫接口的方式，爬取天猫、淘宝、拼多多等平台内相关店铺及其销售商品的详细数据，然后上传至拼多多、虾皮、快手等平台。至案发，当事人共爬取“淘宝”“天猫”平台14916125条商品详情数据，爬取“拼多多”平台873680条数据。</span></p><p
