style="color: rgb(192, 0, 0);"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">一、投药时间</span></strong></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">2023年10月10日至31日</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">二、使用药物</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">外环境灭鼠使用对人低毒慢性的第二代抗凝血灭鼠剂，且有正规的国家农药登记证号。室内灭鼠使用其它有农药登记证号并贴有“全国杀鼠剂合法标识”的慢性鼠药，或者使用粘鼠板、捕鼠笼等灭鼠器械。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">三、鼠情投诉</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 24px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">市民若发现鼠密度较高的场所或所在小区未开展灭鼠工作，可向所在社区（村）和区爱卫办投诉</span></strong><span style="font-size: 16px;">，或将存在问题发至电子邮箱：Lztxinxi@163.com，说明鼠患情况和详细地址，包括所在区、街（镇）、社区（村）。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 20px;"><strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">四、注意事项</span></strong></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（一）各小区垃圾要密闭收集，日产日清，不留过夜。室内要完善防鼠设施，储藏好食物，以断绝鼠粮，提高灭鼠效果。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（二）物业小区、单位内部、居民户灭鼠应到合法杀鼠剂经销点（必须有“福建省化学危险物品经营许可证”）或所在社区（村）购买鼠药，<strong><span style="font-size: 16px;color: rgb(192, 0, 0);">严禁使用急性鼠药</span></strong>。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（三）中直和省直单位、高校、驻榕部队的灭鼠工作请和所在区、街（镇）同一时间开展。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 20px;"><span style="font-size: 16px;">（四）各小学、幼儿园、家长应做好宣传教育工作，避免儿童误食鼠药。如有误食，应及时送医疗单位救治，维生素K1是特效解毒剂。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 2em;margin-bottom: 25px;"><span style="font-size:
