想要公平公正，还是要地方政府脱离又是裁判又是守门员这种角色，地方政府从土地财政上获益惊人，所以很多政策都是倾向于房地产商的。 感谢楼主的分享 以往历史无证房现不管怎样都要补办，以前几年门牌发换为准，以后任何不经审批都是违法行为大家就不敢乱盖乱建，也不会无据可依。 现在这边只能建三层 以前都是随便建的 以后会越来越严格的
