style="font-size: 16px;">二是对公租房、实行市场租赁行为的国有房产征收补偿进行补充完善。征收公租房，依据住房保障政策重新审查，符合条件的，按同等保障户型另行配租，不符合条件的予以收回。征收市场租赁行为的国有房产，终止租赁关系收回房产，对承租人给予搬家费、装修费、停产停业损失、提前搬迁奖励补偿。</span></p><p
