border-box;">我有遇到过这样一个案件，老韩拟了一份遗嘱，将他生前的一套房子指定给小儿子小韩本人，因为在他的生活过程中，都是小韩在赡养他。在老韩去世后，子女间发生了争议，闹到法院。一审法院审查发现老韩的遗嘱是采用打印形式，认为格式是无效的，不符合当时继承法的相关规定。小韩认为，他为父亲的养老送终付出了所有的心血，所以上诉到二审法院。二审法院审理过程中发现，遗嘱虽然是打印的，但是在遗嘱的订立过程中，有两位没有利害关系的见证人在场作为见证，打印的遗嘱内容上也有老韩本人和两名见证人的签字、手印，同时也标注清楚了年月日的具体日期，故认为这个打印遗嘱符合民法典的构成要件，遂撤销了一审法院的判决书，支持了小韩的二审请求，最后指定该房屋属小韩一个人所有。所以小韩在感谢律师的同时，也感谢国家。</p><p
