0);">各县（市）区教育局、高新区教卫局，市属各学校：</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;text-indent: 2em;"><span style="line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">近期国内多个省份报告新冠肺炎本土病例，新冠肺炎疫情中高风险地区呈上升趋势，为降低疫情输入传播风险，进一步做好学校暑期疫情防控工作，现提出如下要求。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;">一、非必要不外出。</span></strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 122, 170);"><strong><span style="font-size: 15px;line-height: 2em;">即日起，原则上系统干部、教职工、学生非必要不出省，不跨省域旅游、研学和参加线下培训、交流活动等。</span></strong></span><span style="font-size: 15px;line-height: 2em;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县（市）区教育局、各学校要密切关注今年暑假期间有出省师生的身体健康状况，落实出省返榕健康管理，如从中高风险地区返榕，一律按市疫情防控应急指挥部要求做好隔离等防控措施。原则上各中小学、幼儿园师生在秋季学期开学前14天需返榕做好自我健康监测，确保不带病带隐患返回校园。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"><strong>二、强化个人防护。</strong><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县（市）区教育局、各学校通过校园公众号、班级微信群、发布提醒提示等形式开展宣传教育，密切关注国内中、高风险地区信息动态，引导师生落实常态化疫情防控要求，增强个人防护意识，坚持“勤洗手、戴口罩、常通风、少聚集、一米线”等良好个人卫生习惯，减少聚会聚餐等群体性活动。出入商场、超市、酒店旅馆等人员密集、环境密闭的场所，佩戴好口罩，并主动配合做好扫码、亮码和测量体温等。如出现发热、咳嗽、腹泻、乏力等症状，及时向社区（村）及单位报告，佩戴一次性医用口罩及以上级别口罩，及时到就近的发热门诊进行排查和诊疗，途中避免乘坐公共交通工具。</span></span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;">三、积极接种疫苗。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;line-height: 2em;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县（市）区教育局要积极对接卫健部门，部署做好辖区12-17岁人群疫苗接种工作，确保稳妥、有序、按时完成接种任务。各学校要加强组织动员，按照属地部署要求，组织做好学生疫苗接种工作，教职员工还未接种的，及时补缺补漏，部分接种率较低的学校要加快工作进度，确保符合接种条件的人员“应接尽接”，建立校园免疫屏障。</span></p><p style="line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="line-height: 2em;font-size: 15px;">四、做好秋季开学准备。</span></strong><span style="font-size: 15px;line-height: 2em;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">各县（市）区教育局、各学校要尽早谋划2021年秋季学期工作，根据疫情防控形势，科学制定开学方案。开学前对照校园疫情防控要求，持续完善“两案九制”，在属地防控应急指挥部的领导下，进一步建立健全校地联防联控机制，开展全面排查，做好人员健康监测、环境卫生整治、防控物资储备、防控应急演练等工作，确保秋季学期各项开学准备工作到位。</span></p><p style="text-align:
