我市将投入4.5亿元改造老旧小区
<p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑; white-space: normal; line-height: 32px !important;"> 日前，福清市发展和改革局公示《关于福清市老旧小区改造及周边配套停车场项目建议书暨可行性研究报告的批复》。据该批复，本次工程涉及我市7个街道23个社区，总投资额为4.5459亿元，项目建设工期为3年。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑; white-space: normal; line-height: 32px !important;"> 据悉，此次工程项目包括：对23个社区内道路进行加铺沥青混凝土路面改造，总长55216米；对9个社区楼房进行外立面改造，总面积154.6万平方米；对供水设施进行改造，铺设供水管线总长49633米；更换水表13310块，设置加压泵站82座；对排水管网进行改造，总长27574米；建设供气管总长22059米，建设配套停车场；安装视频监控及广播系统，共计585套；以及绿化改造及照明工程等。</p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; border: none; color: rgb(51, 51, 51); font-family: 微软雅黑; white-space: normal; line-height: 32px !important;"> 据介绍，从2018年至今，我市先后对小北小区、宏兴小区、青龙花园等老旧小区进行改造，而本次改造工程统筹了7个街道，改造范围更大，力度更强，影响面更广，老旧片的配套设施将进一步完善，社区品质也将进一步提升。</p><p><br/></p><link rel="stylesheet" href="//www.fqlook.cn/source/plugin/wcn_editor/public/wcn_editor_fit.css?v134_fVa" id="wcn_editor_css"/>
