PingFangTC-light;">首先是我自己本行业的，对道路桥梁，对施工板块建筑感兴趣，你作为企业负责人，你要往这个建筑行业发展，你自己基础的知识都不懂，那肯定不行，只要我有空，我都会去学习。真正的像大学毕业从学校里面学了很多理论知识，然后再去社会去实践，理论结合实践。那我这个虽然没有真正上过大学，经过理论学习，但是我后面是通过工作上，实践上，这样积累了很多实际经验，然后再反过来结合这个理论，然后我因为企业这么大在运转，也没有真正全日制去学校上学，那我只能通过函授，那到了去年2020年，我就已经拿到了北京交通大学道桥的大专函授毕业，所以感觉说虽然年纪大了，但是我还努力学习。</span></section><section
