font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">早在20世纪20年代后期，一批在外求学的福清青年接受了马克思主义，有的还加入了中国共产党或共青团组织，如倪朝龙、吴善兴在上海入党，谢廷清、何胥陶、陈炳奎、何希銮等在福州入党或入团。他们利用寒暑假返乡之机，在青年伙伴中传播马克思主义。</span></p><p style="margin-top: 0px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">1930年秋，受中共福建省委委员李国祯委派，福清籍党员谢廷清回福清开展建党工作。谢廷清回福清后，由县教育局长郑伯聪介绍，到明义中学任教。他以教员身份为掩护，积极联络同志，与何希銮及其领导的各团小组接上关系。不久，他会同陈子和、郑致中等10多人在东张玉井庙开会，讨论并成立了“中共福清县委”，谢廷清任书记，陈子和、何希銮（团员）、郑致中（团员）、王道秋（团员）为委员。会议决定谢育骝负责筹办村教育促进会，王道秋负责抓福厦公路沿线，陈子和抓城郊10个乡，郑致中负责龙田、高山地区，何希銮负责共青团工作（含妇女、青年工作）。</span></p><section style="margin: 10px 0px; padding: 0px; max-width: 100%; box-sizing: border-box !important; word-wrap: break-word !important; font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;">福清党团混合支部通过大量宣传，把城关地区知识青年发动起来，参与到反帝反封建斗争，使原先如死水一潭的小城泛起层层波澜，对唤醒民众、推动福清革命起了一定的作用，但也引起了国民党特务的警觉。同时由于种种历史原因和它自身的一些局限性，领导骨干没有广泛的社会基础，缺乏革命实践的锻炼，未能把城镇宣传工作与农民运动有效地结合起来，致使其自建立之初就存在着不稳定性。1930年12月，谢廷清被捕，何希銮迫于形势赴沪升学后，不到半年时间，福清党团混合支部就夭折了。尽管如此，福清毕竟开天辟地，第一次有了中国共产党的地方组织。</span></section><p style="margin-top: 10px; font-size: 14px; font-family: Helvetica, Arial, sans-serif;"> 玉井庙又称玉井宫、水井宫、水井寺，创建历史悠久，具体年代无从考证。该庙以九垱十八社为中心，香火兴旺。建筑风格是明代六扇厝三进厅土木结构，面积2000多平方米，雕梁画栋，造型美观。中座堂中央塑一尊元帅神像。左右两厅配塑境主和土地神像。前厅设有戏台，后厅设为厨房。新中国成立之初，庙内曾创办过农会，作为东张乡政府办公场所，创办过福清第七中学。六十年代后期，玉井庙曾改办为东张侨联藤厂。</span></p><section data-tools="135编辑器" data-id="103275" style="margin: 0px;
