underline;"><strong>2024年民俗文化活动现场拍摄，用摄影视角展现福州各地方区域大型民俗文化活动（如海峡两岸民俗文化节）中呈现的非遗项目的风采</strong></span>。投稿作品主题突出，以我市国家级、省级、市级项目为主体，多角度、多方位展现民俗之美。</p><p style="text-align: left;">2.作品需一次成像，不得带有边框、水印等非摄影元素。不改变原始影像，禁止提供电脑创意和改变原始影像的作品。照片仅可做亮度、对比度、色彩饱和度的适度调整，不得进行合成、添加、大幅改变色彩等技术处理。满足以上要求的情况下，允许全景拼接作品参赛，但需注明。</p><p style="text-align: left;">3.作品可以是单幅，也可以是组照，组照为6-8张作品组成，每位作者投稿不超过10幅。</p><p style="text-align: left;">4.本次征稿拍摄作品要求为JPG格式，图像大小在2MB以上。</p><p style="text-align: left;">5.投稿作品文件命名时请标注作品名、作者姓名、联系电话、拍摄时间、拍摄地点等信息。</p><p style="text-align: left;">6.投稿者应保证所报送作品拥有独立、完整的著作权，且不侵犯第三人的包括著作权、肖像权、名誉权、隐私权等在内的任何合法权益。凡因上述事项导致纠纷的，一律取消参展资格，所产生的法律责任由投稿人承担。</p><p style="text-align:
