style="color:#000000;">“他为了给实施抓捕的战友们更准确的嫌疑人落脚点，防止大家扑空，往往一条信息都要反复推敲、多方验证。”主战中心队长翁器滨说，尽管付闽住的融警公寓距离单位不过两公里多，但单位的备勤室多数时候成了他的长期住所。因为怕影响妻女晚上休息，一旦加班到凌晨三四点，付闽都会选择在备勤室过夜，第二天又继续投入研判抓捕工作，“可以说多年来他长期积劳，都没睡过一个好觉。”<br/></span></p><p style="color:#000000;">2023年下半年，福清市公安局对境外一电信诈骗团伙发起了全链条打击。专案启动伊始，付闽便主动承担起了信息研判工作。“人是我找到的，我得负责去把人抓回来。”这是付闽常挂在嘴边的话。期间，他与同事们先后多次前往全国各地开展抓捕行动，目前已抓获100多名犯罪嫌疑人，案件已移送审查起诉。<br/></span></p><p style="color:#000000;">由于刑侦工作的特殊性，加班熬夜是常态。每当同事们决定放弃时，付闽总是鼓励大家：“再坚持一下，我们一定能抓住他！”外出抓捕时，面对狡猾的嫌疑人，也为了给抓捕的同事提供更加准确的数据信息，付闽总是一遍又一遍地在锁定区域内奔走、校对、摸排、蹲守，哪怕是只有一点点渺茫的希望，他也绝不放弃。<br/></span></p><p style="color:#000000;">此前，在公安部督办的一起组织偷越国边境、非法提供伪造变造出入境证件案中，付闽经过数月研判及多个夜晚实地摸排，最后在行动中14个犯罪嫌疑人全部被抓获并缴获大量案件证据材料，该案被国家移民管理局列为当年十大经典案例之一。而在一起跨国凶杀案件侦办抓捕行动中，付闽和省公安厅刑侦总队、福州市公安局刑侦支队同志一道齐心协力，追凶万里，辗转多省，终于在河南省一个群租房内发现嫌疑人的踪迹，为了确保抓捕成功率，他彻夜蹲守，于天亮嫌疑人外出时实施抓获。</span><br/></p><section 2021年，民警翁嘉锋来到合成侦查中心，慢慢的和付闽成了亦师亦友的关系。作为付闽的“徒弟”，翁嘉锋与他度过了1000多个日夜，在自己面对无法突破的难题时，付闽总是毫不藏私的倾囊相授，给予他鼓励与信心。“他爱喝可乐，抓捕前总喜欢买一瓶放在身边，说是‘胖子快乐水’预祝抓捕得胜归来。抓捕结束后，他就会立刻开启畅饮。”聊起付闽，翁嘉锋思绪万千。<br/></p><p
