1px;">记者在某租房平台上搜索仓山万达附近的房源，其中一套房源显示月租金只要950元，并标注“已通过真房实拍核验”，中介在平台上也声称房源都在。然而过了二十分钟，记者和这名中介碰面后，对方却坦言发布在平台上是假房源，价格不可能那么低。<br/></span></p><p></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">随后中介便带记者去实地看了另一套房源，但这套房源不仅看起来面积小了很多，而且月租金需要1600元。这名中介透露，周边的房源月租金不可能低于1000元，发布这些虚假信息也是他们为引流而设的套路。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">针对这些情况，该平台客服人员承认平台上确实有一些中介发布虚假信息，建议消费者发现后进行举报。<span style="caret-color: red;">对于标注“</span>真实实拍<span style="caret-color: red;">”的虚假房源，客服表示平台对房源有审核，但具体如何审核并未向记者透露。</span></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">记者在该平台上尝试发布一则租房信息，发现审核内容只包含人脸识别认证等实名登记程序，房源的面积、租金等基本信息可以任意填写，另外再附上几张房屋照片即可上架，显然审核并不严格。</span></p><p></p><p draggable="true"><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing: 1px;">据了解，通过高性价比或已售房源的虚假信息招揽客户，已经成为住房保障领域的投诉热点。法律人士指出，房源造假会扰乱正常的房产交易，这类虚假房源信息涉嫌欺骗误导消费者。</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 15px;letter-spacing:
