outline-style: none !important;"> 2.现场由媒体代表、人大代表（政协委员）、学生家长代表（从到场学生家长代表中推选）各1人依次分别从十个号码球中（内置0至9十个号码）摇号抽取个、十、百、千位数号码（如需要千位数，则由另一位人大代表或政协委员抽取），组成一个数字，与该数字相同随机编号（001或0001即为1,002或0002即为2……099或0099即为99，以此类推，0999即为999）的学生即为第一个中签录取的学生。第一个录取学生的随机编号必须在具体摇号学校参与摇号的学生编号（1至n）内产生。为保证先抽中号码有效，后面抽签时应先剔除无效号码。也即个位最优，十、百、千（如有）依次递减（如：参加摇号的学生数为1003，若个位抽中6，十位抽中8，百位抽中1，则千位数1是无效号码，千位数只能是0；若个位、十位、百位全抽中0，则千位数0是无效号码，千位数只能是1。又如参加摇号的学生数是845，个位抽中6，十位抽中8，则百位数8和9是无效号码，百位数只能在0-7之间的数中抽取）。</p><p barrier-free-idx="228" tabindex="0" class="b-free-read-leaf" barrier-free-leaf-idx="116" style="margin-top: 18px;
